Standard Translation that sounds like your brand
Websites, marketing materials, presentations and corporate content translated so they read as if they had been written in the target language, keeping your tone of voice.
- Translators who write, not just translate
- Your tone of voice kept across materials
- Quality control included, never an extra
What standard translation is
Standard translation, sometimes called free or simple translation, covers everything that does not require legal validity. It is the right choice for content meant to be read rather than filed: a website, a campaign, a presentation, an internal newsletter, a product description.
Being free of legal formality does not make it less demanding. A text that reads as a translation loses the reader, and that costs conversions. The work here is to say the same thing in a way that sounds native, which sometimes means moving away from the literal wording of the source in order to stay faithful to its intent.
When you need something else. If the document has to be accepted by a public body, a consulate or a university, it needs a sworn translation. If the content is a manual, a contract or a regulatory dossier, it needs technical translation. Send us the purpose and we will point you to the right one.
Every project passes through quality control before delivery: terminology, cohesion and fidelity to the source, checked by a second professional. That is part of the service, not an add-on.

Eko’s has been a partner for many years. Always attentive and willing to meet tight deadlines without losing the excellent quality. Having Eko’s makes a real difference in our work.
Eko’s always meets our demand and hits the deadline. They have never turned down an urgent request. They deliver quality work and are one of the very few companies qualified to work with us.
I want to congratulate Eko’s for all these years of partnership, serving us with excellence and with highly qualified, efficient professionals.
From the first contact I was well looked after, transparency at every stage and not a single problem with them, a fair price for all the work done. I do not live in Brazil and they handled every step to send my daughter’s certificate, already apostilled, here to the US.
Faster and better value than anyone else. Excellent work, service worth a ten out of ten.
I did not know them, but I decided to take a chance and have some documents translated with Eko’s. They were fast, attentive and the price was fair too. I am pleased with the service and I recommend them.
Standard Translation
What is the difference between standard and sworn translation?
Standard translation has no legal formality and is meant for content that will be read: websites, marketing, presentations. Sworn translation carries public faith and is required whenever a document has to be accepted by a public body, a notary, a consulate or a university.
Will the translation sound natural?
That is the whole point of this service. The text is written to read as if it had been produced in the target language, which sometimes means moving away from the literal wording of the source in order to keep its intent.
Do you keep our tone of voice?
Yes. Send us reference material or a style guide if you have one, and it is applied across your projects. For recurring clients we keep a glossary so terminology and voice stay consistent over time.
Can you translate our website directly in the CMS?
We deliver in the format that suits your workflow, including spreadsheets for import, XLIFF and other localisation formats. Tell us how your site is built and we will match it.
Is quality control included?
Yes, always. Terminology, cohesion and fidelity to the source are checked by a second professional before delivery. It is part of the service, never charged separately.
How long does it take?
It depends on volume and language pair. Short materials are usually ready within a few business days, and the exact deadline comes with the quote. Express delivery is available when you have a campaign date.
Send your document and get a closed price
A legible photo or a PDF is enough for a quote. You get the price, the deadline and guidance on apostilling within 1 business hour.
